Every Hairaco order is placed and fulfilled through Amazon. When you click “Buy Now,” you’ll complete your purchase on Amazon.com.

Shipping

Shipping options, delivery speed and costs are shown at Amazon checkout and depend on your location and Amazon membership (such as Prime). Track your package anytime in Your Orders on Amazon.

Returns & refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled by Amazon under Amazon’s return policy. To start a return, go to Your Orders, choose the item, and select “Return or replace items.” Return windows and conditions are set by Amazon and shown on your order.
